What is Orbita?
Orbita is a cloud platform for service companies. It connects leads, quotations, job scheduling, technician field reports, invoicing, recurring contracts and inventory in one system that your office and your technicians share.
Is Orbita made for pest control companies?
Yes. Orbita was shaped around pest control work: contract customers with weekly, monthly or quarterly visits, guided treatment checklists, signed service reports, and chemical and equipment inventory with low-stock alerts. It also suits aircon, cleaning, landscaping and plumbing companies.
Can my technicians use it on their phones?
Yes. Technicians see today's jobs first, open the address in maps with one tap, follow the checklist for the service, attach before and after photos, record materials used and collect the customer's signature, all from a phone.
Can I use my own logo, colors and web address?
Yes. Your logo and colors appear on screens, PDF invoices, quotes and service reports, and your company gets its own address such as yourcompany.getorbita.xyz. Document numbering and currency are yours as well.
Does Orbita support Philippine pesos and multiple branches?
Yes. Prices are in Philippine pesos with Manila time by default, and 22 currencies are supported. Each branch keeps its own team and jobs while clients and the service catalog stay shared, with a dashboard across all branches.
How is Orbita priced?
